Met some of the girlfriend’s family. Drank a lot of coffee. Ate a lot of pasta and cot oletta. Somehow still lost 6 lbs.

European portions are much smaller. Wish that was the case here more often, I just have to remember I don’t need to eat it all the first time and save some for the next meal.

All the walking?

I goto nerd conventions and will walk like 200000000+ steps and eat/drink like crap...come home and be down weight.

Did you manage to walk across the full length of the plane?

Actually I did! My seats were in the back and when I got off the plane I used the front door. I didn’t get to explore upstairs though.

I live in New York City so I walk a lot at home too. I think the main thing is that I know where to find my favorite junk food at home, and most Italian food is pretty healthy, even though it’s often full of cheese and carbs.
